I believe YouTube removed my ability to have video chapters. ...AGAIN.
At least that's what it looks like for me.
There's nothing I can do about it either because YouTube support sucks ass and it's like they don't even understand the issue at hand and give you the most vague answers possible. I'll just have to wait until I just _magically_ am allowed to have that again.
But now, in doubt, I ask y'all: Do you see video chapters (that appear on the video player) on my videos with timestamps in the description?
