Cool, but not sure why creatine before training is highlighted here. There is no difference if you take it in morning or before training or before sleep

Today marks 2 weeks of training, the longest I’ve had off consecutively in over 13 years 😂 feeling nostalgic so here’s my pre workout supplement routine:

1. 45 mins before: Collagen coffee + mushroom complex (nootropic)
2. 15 mins before: Pump pre + creatine (increased blood flow & performance)
3. During: Electrolytes (improved hydration)
4. Post workout: 30-40g protein powder (rebuild)
