If everyone else is saying that you're being irrational and treating others horribly, chances are good that you are. It can't be everyone else that's the problem and it's not their job to change for you. You need to change when you're the one causing all the issues.

As an example, it's not the responsibility of everyone to put trigger warnings over the littlest things. Like AI, food, certain words, or pieces of media. If seeing any of that shit bothers you to that extreme, go to therapy and learn to deal with it like an adult. There's even evidence that trigger warnings are not effective at reducing stress and can even make things worse. So basically you're doing all of this for nothing.

Another example, lashing out at everyone else or forming extremist opinions because you have trauma and then acting like you aren't the problem. I'm sure people like this have been through a lot of horrible things in their lives and it sucks. That said, being traumatized or mentally ill doesn't make it acceptable to treat others like crap and they can't expect everyone else to cater to their distorted worldview. Like the trigger warnings, it's your responsibility to work through that and get help.

You get the point. It's not the world's job to change for you. Work on improving your life however you can.
