it looks pretty good so far this ep1 has a significant difference comparing to both new generation and old heisei. i see the protection forces use tank and aircraft to attack kaijyu which is kinda rare to be seen in new generations but quite common in old heisei on the other hand, the robot yupi if thats whats he is called in english, seems having the same position as hanejorou in decker , whoever the alien is in trigger, and the ojiisan in blazar, flipping around and make our days is their main purpose which is quite fun but its just ep1 right now it looks good but who knows tsuburaya please keep arc good till the end btw arc is really ugly something is just really weird with his movement idky

It's a great start, while not as flashy as episode 1 of Ultraman Blazar EXACTLY 1 year ago, this one is more down to earth, but with some spic and span and major shine....okay drop the spic and span part, but with a HUGE nod to the Showa Era, you can see elements of Jack and Ace at one point during the battle between him and Shaggong ( how can something so,so, CUTE can be a threat?! ) The transformation sequence has Cosmos written all over...well, about 5 seconds of it. So the clues are Monohorn, the parasites named the Oze, and K-Day.. we'll see what pattern it'll bring as we traverse throughout the series. And I'm going to do double duty with my comment / reactions in Arc, both on the Official Ultraman YouTube Channel and its English counterpart just introduced today ( yup, I subscribe to the English version of the Channel, the BEST of both worlds, you might say...gonna need some coffee ( iced and loaded of course ) for this endeavor ). But great start, we'll DEFINITELY be jumping all right. Let's run with it

A good first episode. Not much to say about the show itself, we haven't seen enough to try to judge it as a whole yet Tsujimoto's beatiful cinematography continues shining through in this series with lots of creative and cool looking shots, a lot of them involving miniatures. The fights scenes have picked up the pace again which is good, as great as Blazar was, I was not a big fan of the slower fights in that series. The fight in thhus episode in question is done in a 1 long shot, with no cuts, like the fight with Muruchi in Jack, it was a fun sequence

pretty lacklustre, felt like a watered down Trigger Ep 1 where the team is already together. I didnβt feel much immersion from it
