Yeah the anime kind of botched a lot of the characters. Oda was alright but he definitely had more depth in the novels +The Day I Picked Up Dazai is a great novel to understand Odas character!

gonna take a brief break from oda’s reaction so that i can find and read all the light novels with relation to him.
based on reviews for dazai’s entrance exam in the anime, i’m not sure if i can trust the anime to stay true to oda’s character. i also want to find some quotes to put in the videos maybe.
this will also probably help me gain some motivation for this… reading always helps me stop procrastinating
