Would be interesting, I've tried pretty much all the supplements over decades with varying effects. - Tyrosine - Confident, ambitious, driven for a few days and then irritable and wired. Followed by intense restless leg syndrome after prolonged use, which is a symptom of Parkinsons which is also dopamine related - DL Phenalalanine - Similar to above - 5-htp - Peaceful / docile feeling, no negative thoughts, colours become more pronounced, but feeling weak, effeminate and completely lacking in drive - L-Tryptophan - similar to above - Choline - slight increase in mental acuity followed by heavy feelings and depression - Ashwaganda - powerful feeling, clear mind initially - turns into extreme rage like I've never experienced after repeated use, even after breaks - Rhodolia - colours pop, slight better mood, but with slight weak feelings and a feeling like something is not quite right - Schizandra - feeling calm, grounded and then depressed and heavy - Forskolin - Completely obliterates any anxiety or fear. Intense tunnel vision and focus. No desire to talk in social situations despite feeling confident. Removes most emotions including positive ones. - Reishi - intense feeling of presence, connection to nature. But become less social and less noticeable to others, also lowers libido and drive - Cordyceps - breathing becomes easier, range from subtle increase in energy to no noticeable difference. Possible overheating. - Horny Goat Weed - slight increase in libido, overheating and wired / fidgety - Tongkat Ali - Mind clears, balls and lower body feel heavier. Masculine presence and power. Overheating and agression followed by feeling burnt out. I've found positive effects with: - Deer or goat placenta - increases the "heavy feeling of power" you get from retention, the jing - Bone broth - like the above - Qigong which condenses qi - sort of, also a bit of a minefield and a whole other story on to itself My experimentation makes me think that maybe you can't get any lasting positive effects through supplements unless they're literally increasing your jing. Like bone and placenta have jing in them, so they can increase your jing and the positive stuff associated with that. But how could something like tyrosine, some powder with no jing, give you lasting effects? Took me over a decade to conclude something like that. I still don't have an answer to how jing etc. relates to the neurotransmitters. Having a bunch of it obviously makes you feel like you have e.g. more dopamine etc. But I wonder what's really going on and the mechanisms behind it.

Sexual Kung Fu
NEUROTRANSMITTERS OF AROUSAL & 0RGASM
There's many neurotransmitters involved in arousal an 0-gasm, but the big 3 you want to balance are dopamine, serotonin, and acetylcholine.
Proper serotonin levels keep you from becoming too excited (Ejac control).
Proper dopamine levels keep your libido high and your errogenous areas very response (H0rny & pleasurable)
Proper acetylcholine levels increase and sustain blood flow (rock hard)
unfortunately, modern life depletes these neurotransmitters, or throws them out of balance.
What I find extremely interesting, is that these neurotransmitters are produced in the entire body.
Serotonin is mostly produced in the intestines (gut health), some dopamine is produced in the kidneys.
In my perspective, neurotransmitters are a manifestation of JING, the Chinese concept of physical essence.
Rebuild your jing (which includes improving neurotransmitter health), and you will attain youthful vitality.
I'm thinking of making a video diving deeper into this, how to increase your neurotransmitters, etc. Let me know if you want me to make that video!
