If you haven't noticed yet, my Subways Of Your Mind remaster isn't available anymore and the reason is simple, The Outer Edge has sent a removal request, meaning that to avoid a copyright strike I'll have to delete the video. I've currently put it on private because I'm currently appealing the request for the following reasons:
1. I do not earn any money from it 2. It's considered fair use by YouTube's guideline (under mashup and remix) 3. There's an ocean of remasters of SOYM up while mine is being taken down 4. The official release done by The Outer Edge has been criticized for it's horrible mastering and quality (source: www.discogs.com/release/34491358-Fex-Fex#release-r… )
I'm obviously a bit angry, but mainly sad because if the appeal fails, I will have to delete the video and I might lose the channel, and I don't want to loose my community I've built over these 3 years.
Now, if The Outer Edge is reading this, keep in mind that the lostwave community was the one that brought FEX to the light, so don't attack it.
If anyone want's to support me, the best thing you can do right now is either contact The Outer Edge or FEX about the issue and/or start to archive the channel, because if all fails, there's a high chance it get's deleted.
PS: Because of this, I've decided to stop working on the 1K special and I've taken down the download links to all the FEX remasters, however I still have other work to do and upload, mainly around 3D (Fish in Sea).
