This is an open letter which will be sent to valve, which intends to improve implementation of war paints and provide us more creative opportunities without leaving our content out for addition to tf2.
Such things include supporting coded war paints and UV skins. This also entails improved feature request implementation, submission updates, potentially a war paint importer tool and predictable update schedules.
