I made an Oatmeal Bread (a new recipe) in my cast iron Dutch oven loaf pans. OH my the bread stuck terribly to the top pan. 😖 I was about to give up. My Husband was able to get it out. A chunk fell off, We gobbled that right down. LOL. Tasted great.
Even though it didn’t come out “perfect” it’s still a good loaf of bread that will be amazing toasted or for a sandwich. Next time I’ll use regular Non-stick pans.
I was worried it would completely fall apart. My Husband is so calm and said It’ll be ok and he was right. 😍
Even thou I have been making yeast breads since I was in High School I can have a mishap. So never give up. Bread baking is so rewarding even when it sticks LOL!! 😂
