Hi Doctor Mindy! I hope you are well. I absolutely love your books! Fast like a girl and Eat like a girl are like bible in my home. So eye opening and amazing! I think it should be mandatory for every single person to read! I would love to see a new book 'Exercise like a girl' when you explain how and when to exercise on your cycle. You know, a week before your period calm walk and yoga, in power phase HIIT and when testosterone kicks in we can lift heavier weights...and so on. I really liked your video about it and I think it would be amazing to expand this topic. And also 'Live like a girl' when you can explain more about vitamin D, and that we should spend more time on the Sun, or suplement vitamin D, and also how important iodine is for our thyroid and how to suplement that or where to find it naturally. And you briefly mentioned this in your interview in DOAC how you should managed your calendar with your cycle and a week before period avoid stress. And when the situation is stressful you need to walk away from the tiger! I would love to see those books. I know that you have many videos about those topics, but I prefer reading books. I struggle with 'information overload' where it gets overwhelming trying to find information online because of the amount of it. I'll be forever grateful for your books. Thank you!

I was on my walk this morning wishing this book was out already. Looks like it might have to be more than a reserve on Spotify for me! Good work, Dr. Mindy. The information you put out is so appreciated!

Dr. Mindy Pelz
We’re stepping into a new era - and it’s time to rewrite the story around menopause. By 2030, more than 1.2 billion women will be in this transition, yet most of the cultural messaging still tells us to stay quiet, “push through,” and accept symptoms like brain fog, hot flashes, weight gain, and mood swings as an inevitable decline.
The truth? Menopause is not the beginning of the end, it’s the beginning of a NEW hormonal blueprint.
We need to push back against the myths that say women aren’t productive, powerful, or desirable after midlife. We need to challenge the belief that changes in moods and perspective are without purpose or reason. And we need to stop negatively framing this natural transformation that is built into our biology.
When women start having these conversations - openly, boldly, and often - we reclaim our power, our health, and our place at the center of our own stories 💙
