Crazy that summer is 87 days away… 87 days away. I am 32 lbs down since January and I am 72 lbs down since I re-started and re-dedicated myself to my journey in September 2024. I started my winter arch in September 2024, not looking at the results, just 87 days away from me being the smallest I’ve ever been in decades 😫🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. All glory to God. Discipline is doing the same thing over and over again even when you don’t see the immediate results, and then boom 💥, you wake up one morning with you and everyone else being able to see your results. Consistency with God looks different.
