Nihilism can be seen as a doomer, or it can mean you have the freedom to do anything you want cause it doesn't matter.

Nihilism: "What's the point?" Doomism: "When we die, our souls will be trapped on Saturn for eternity. Black Cube be praised."

I think nihilism has vatious hierarchical levels that should be considered. Personally, those people that are truly nihilist and found the genuine meaningless of the life, as well as the super darkness of the world, do not want to end their lives. Instead, they'll look at the universe as a game that they just want to spend their time and do whatever they're interested in. Some decide to invest their energy, limited time, and such to explore more, some fall in love, some truly waste them, and some get depressed and even badly darker. Anybody who knows about philosophy and has read at least one book, or even search and follow this amazing channel, is completely aware that the UNIVERSE is not what we have been told. And LIFE, is not what we were supposed to see. It's a pure darkness and merely the cycle of energy, patterns, materials, components, and so on. Therefore, ending the life is not the highest spot in the nihilism ranking. In contrast, enjoying it, even small negligible things, is what a true nihilist picks. It also could be called as stoicism or even absurdism. So, we would be better to just simply let everything go :)))

The doomers. This reminds me of adventism, the religion i grew up in. They were always dooming the world too

I don't think nihilism is dark at all! The universe doesn't care about me. There is no inherent meaning to my life or that of any other. We don't have a predetermined purpose. Isn't that wonderful? We aren't bound to fate, we are free to choose how our lives should be lived. If we feel we don't have meaning, we give that meaning to ourselves, and more importantly, each other. Your life is not meaningless as long as there is a single person on earth that cares about you, including yourself. I mean, who cares what the universe thinks of us? What's it ever done for us? None of our lives were planned in advance, no one ever decided this planet and everything on it should exist. None of it was predetermined. And yet, we exist! All these amazing things on this planet, great people, monuments, technology, it's all real, and it exists for itself, no matter if there's some deity watching us. Nihilism makes me feel free, it lets me know that my life is mine alone and I can make of it what I want. Nihilism makes me see the world, the extraordinary and the mundane, and be amazed that all of these things are real through random chance alone. It makes me see things I'd take for granted as what they truly are: incredible. Like a person who has lived their whole life underground stepping out into the rain for the first time, unable to comprehend that what they're seeing is truly reality.

Solipsism - The entire world revolves around me and I am the only thing that matters: screw everything and everybody else.

I believe in the absurd being better than nihilism. But not entirely agreeing with Camus. I believe as well futuristic non confunded by the spirit as the will of live being manifest only once. And then a new one.

You could take Nihilism in two ways: Nothing matters so what’s the point of anything? 😢 and nothing matters at the end of the day, I can do whatever I want.😊 Nihilism isn’t negative in itself but it can be taken in a negative directio

I think that someone’s life situation improved can bring them out of a dark headspace but most true doomers are mentally ill traumatized friendless incels with nothing to lose I think anybody would be that depressed having no friends and no girl despite efforts

Is there a philosophy even darker than nihilism? In a world facing war, crisis, and climate collapse, more people are calling themselves “Doomers.” But where does this bleak outlook really lead? Watch the full episode here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62_1U... #Aperture
