ChessNetwork

Who do you think will win the World Chess Championship 2024? #DingGukesh
A couple notes regarding my coverage of the event. For the first time since the 2012 World Chess Championship, I won't be covering the event live. The short story is that the last WCC took a rough toll on me with everything else I was doing surrounding the event. That said, I will as usual be doing a recap of every game of the event on YouTube. All games can be viewed here:

Thank you, as always, for your support. ❤️

@naturalsquasher

Thank you, Jerry. I also like your deep analysis in your recap more than the live coverage. It is something to look forward to every morning.

I will miss your live commentaries, you're the best! But I appreciate even more that you don't overwork and have balance in life ❤️ Thanks for everything!

I have tuned in to your live commentaries since 2016 so your presence during the games will be sorely missed in my household! I am also very much enjoying your recaps. Keep up the great work!

Jerry, First of all, a BIG thank you to you for creating the wonderful videos on chess. I was one of your earliest subscribers who sub'ed during the WCC coverage in 2010 between Anand and Topalov. Your coverage was simply brilliant! Take care of your health and we will await for your recaps. Rooting for Gukesh to become the youngest champion in history.

If the channel only featured WCC recaps once every two years, I'd still view ChessNetwork as my No. 1 :) Thank you Jerry, and take care of yourself.

Thanks for doing what you do! I started watching your channel for your 2018 recaps, your videos inspired me to learn more about chess six years ago

@Cynis001

I really enjoyed your live coverage a lot, but this is very understandable. I can't wait for the recaps to hear about your insights. Thank you, Jerry! Oh, and it is still great to go to your Twitch and chat with some people about the current position. You got a great community!

@RealPattyP

As someone who has watched along with you live since the 2013 tournament, I can’t say I won’t miss the streams, but I totally understand. I don’t think there’s any way I could stream for so many hours on that kind of schedule. Maybe when I was younger. I’ll be watching the recaps as always, thanks so much for all of the chess content over the years.

Without your live commentary, I will probably not watch the games live at all. But I'm looking forward to the recaps on YT. Greetings from Germany!
