Cosmopolitan became our regular resort from the time it opened until MGM took it over. The balcony's are the best. It still is a premier resort but just like a lot of other places it used to be better....😮 Oh the underwear thing might be a Cosmo trend bcuz one morning there were abandoned panties in the elevator lobby of our floor
