Jack added so much to the show, but we were always cheering for David/Hulk and hoping he'd never be found out.🤣😆

Jack McGee was so intrigued and fascinated by the Hulk and I truly believe his character, in the very beginning, was only interested in winning a Pulitzer, but, the more he continued his long travels and search for the Hulk, the Pulitzer didn't matter any more. It was the adrenaline rush anyone of us would get as if seeking the Holy Grail, you know? The Hulk was Jack's Holy Grail. 💯

I think Jack McGee was trying to make a name for himself. Jack McGee should be thankful that the Hulk saved his life not once but twice. If I was going to be a reporter I would say that the Hulk is a gentle soul. Trying to help people if they’re in danger the Hulk wouldstep in to help

Jack McGee chased after the Hulk because he wanted to prove to everyone what he witnessed the night Elaina Marks died. While he unknowingly caused her death, Jack thought the Hulk was responsible. I believe he started his search out of the desire to get famous for exposing such a story but by the end of the series I think he wanted to just prove to everyone he was right about the Hulks existence. I always hated that McGee's character arc was never completed.

Why did Mcgee automatically assume that the Hulk killed David and Elaina? He started the fire that blew up the lab. David only changed into the Hulk after he saw that Elaina was in danger pinned by that pillar. If he was smart he would've realized the Hulk was David after seeing him with the same blue shirt on.

His motives for attempting to capture and expose the Hulk were for his own selfish reasons. In the years of his pursuit, he's heard countless witnesses report that the Hulk was always the hero. He even saved his life a few times and he just could not let it go.

The real reason he was chasing the Hulk was cause he thought the Hulk killed Elaina when in actuality, it was him (by accident), so no he wasn't justified

No! Because Jack just wanted to be the one to catch The Hulk/Dr David Bruce Banner for his own gain. Jack wasn't interested in how Dr David had to learn how to deal with his transformation or even how painful it would have been for him.
