I want to adopt him but I live in Japan, so some extra fees may be required. I do have two soon -to-be middle schoolers, a stable family, and a great job. But dogs are expensive here! If you can get him to me, I promise he’ll get as much love as is humanly possible. No backsies, God as my witness. Also, I was born in Ohio before both yall, so first dibs.
