Garp is voiced by Hiroshi Naka, not by Tomomichi Nishimura. He voiced another character in the One Piece called "T-Bone"

On November 29, the voice actor 西村知道 Tomomichi Nishimura, known for voicing Ohnoki in Naruto, sadly passed away due to illness at the age of 79. He was also the voice actor for Coach Anzai in Slam Dunk.
His last role in Naruto Mobile was Ohnoki [Jianghu Legend].
