I had pretty rough day today since I told my father about How my intrusive thoughts of Swallowing A battery were really bad for me,and i always try not harm myself since this was a sense of self-harm and depression + we had a discussion of them helping me out through my problems and about me getting a therapist,which they is gonna make a appointment for me when the time comes
Oh some good news Though I got my Cavity drilled :)
