Which would you rather ride on?

@Ni-boo

The earth is enough ride for me, I'll just stay on the ground.

Dude. Space shuttle 100% that's like one of those dreams you know you could never have. People in my town ride hot air balloons all the time. I even saw one this morning.

@Chimcharlover13

Both seem like a lot of fun. I guess I would say the space shuttle, since if you DO end up dying, it would be a cooler way to die!

@jeremiahwilkins5837

I would rather fly unassisted like Peter Pan or Superman, just look up and lift off, be able to have complete control over my abilities. Even if I had to stay low to the ground due to oxygen and whatever else. Wouldn't matter how high I was, the ability to ignore land boundaries and obstacles, walls, fences, buildings, rivers, canyon, instead of finding away around or through I would simply go straight across. It's one reason why I love Scuba, once your underwater, in that weightless environment it really is like you are flying and not just simply swimming.

@hecallsmefancy

I’ll stay on the ground where the good Lord intended for me to be!!

@auntysocialist

They both have equivalent safety records, so I'd go for the rocket ride!!

@johnsantiago4099

I'm gonna stay. Happy with Terrafirma. Never was a death defying guy thank you very much. If we were meant to fly we'd be feathury.

I've wanted to be an astronaut since I was little, and seeing the Challenger disaster only made me want it more; to complete what Christa & Judy couldn't. Then I was told that I'd never go into space cos of my epilepsy. Broke my heart. 💔 Today I can't do either of them cos I'm a massive stroke survivor & in a wheelchair. So I answered with my heart though I've never went up in a hot balloon before & wanted to. My childhood dream lives on in my heart... Space Shuttle

As someone who is afraid of heights I see this as a absolute loss

As someone who is afraid of heights, I would go with the space shuttle. I don't wanna be in a small space and see everything.

@StoryGirl83

Hot air balloons are exactly the kind of thing likely to trigger my fear of heights and yet, potential falling death verses potential burning to death, freezing to death or suffocation has the hot air balloon winning. Either one would be very pretty to look out of if I can just get past my fears.

@korsica-is-vince

I would rather look down at the ground above the thermosphere then be outside the atmosphere stairing at the possibly endless dark abyss tbh

I prefer Casey Kasem's famous closing on his show. "Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars." RIP Casey

@onemanarmy8499

Fuck that, I'm going on a space shuttle. Time to work on cardio 💪

@fmike15

We're circling the sun at 67000 mph. I'm happy with that

@thekingofthisworld2154

Space is terrifying. I’ll take the balloon, thanks.

Space shuttle for sure. Despite the loss of the two they had a pretty good safety track record. Going into orbit atop what is literally a very explosive vehicle is death defying so there is a risk. So is driving to and from work everyday. Shuttle ride for sure.
