The Frugal Planner Channel

I thought I would share a photo of the bread I baked the other day. I had to pause while filming 😂 and take the lid off.

2 cups ap flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 Tablespoon dry active yeast
1 1/2 cups water
Sprinkle of salt

Let raise until doubled in size

450 degrees Fahrenheit
Place Dutch oven in oven and turn heat to 450
Once oven is to temperature, remove Dutch oven and add dough and cover

Baked covered for 30-minutes

Then remove lid and bake an additional 15-minutes

Remove and let cool
