You’ve been trying so hard,with your academics, with people around you, with all the expectations,and I don’t think you give yourself enough credit for how much effort you’re putting in every single day. It’s not easy to keep going when you feel misunderstood or when people don’t see the real you, but still, you show up, and that already says a lot about your strength. But strength doesn’t mean you always have to keep everything together. Sometimes strength is about knowing when to let go, when to step back, and when to give yourself permission to rest without guilt.
