All I care about is: - he cannot harm anyone ever again - his victims can recover somehow and get the help they need

I never disrespected anyone's death, but for Ian Watkins, well this is the first time. This man was a monster!

I'm of the mind that celebrating the demise of other people is wrong. With that said, if that person has harmed children like Watkins did, I withdraw my objection to the celebrations entirely. Hell, I might throw a party myself. Dude was a monster of the highest order, and the world is a better place with his absence from it.

Usually, I do not like to disrespect the dead, but he deserves it, especially how much of a monster he was.

The most positive news to come out of the UK in a while.

Finally! It couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy! If there was anyone on the entire planet that deserved to be murdered it was definitely this guy! His crime against that poor baby is the absolute sickest thing I have ever heard of in my entire life! What happened to Ian Watkins was pure karma. You reap what you sow.

I stepped on an ant this morning. More value was lost than with Ian’s death

He was still grooming children even while he was in prison. He’s lucky he survived the first stabbing, but still didn’t learn anything from it. Sorry, but as a father, I do believe the world is a better place without him in it. I have never heard of any sexual offender who has only offended once and never again.

I'm really happy he can no longer harm another child ever again. The fact he was going to be released in 17 years had he not been killed was truly terrifying. I hope his victims can live peacefully knowing he can no longer cause any further harm to them, and that they are still recovering.

From an article I read: "Watkins has been killed in the most brutal way possible - and the attack was shocking, even by prison standards" Still deserved worse than he got

The men under suspicion are 25 and 43, and have been arrested. I assume that means they just got sent back to their cell? 😂 what an odd thing to say, BBC
