Market Moves with Tony

Here is my reasoning / thought process for transferring a significant portion of my shares to AST

1 - I would like to receive the NBH Newco shares
2 - After reading the FINRA letters, it is obvious that FINRA will do everything they can to prevent trading
3 - I am aware that I can never trade the shares I have transferred
4 - Brokers are liable for NBH shares
5 - Brokers may run out of shares to transfer.
6 - Brokers may try to make individual deals w/ NBH to obtain shares
7 - if deals are made w/ NBH for additional shares, I believe NBH will get a significant cash infusion
8 - that cash infusion can result in a significant dividend from NBH
9 - the shares I have not transferred are still eligible for trading (on the off-chance it might trade - shorts to close or be force-closed)

I believe there are 480M shares of NBH that are owed by brokers to LONGS.

Only 165M shares were issued.

Once Brokers are drained of their shares - they must negotiate a settlement - either w/ NBH or shareholders

Once 165M shares are DRS - that's basically game over for the Brokers
