Would argue Joao was never overrated and will never be because at his peak he’s shown multiple times he is an incredible player, problem was always those peaks were few and far between, all with injuries common. Wouldn’t count out another Dembele-like resurgence in a few years.

Havertz is honestly more hated than what’s deserved. He ain’t a natural 9, but he’s scored at a decent and fairly consistent rate since moving full time to the 9. He’s one of the best pressing forwards in the world, just not super clinical. The rest of these guys are a tier below, except for Nunez on his day.
