It’s been just several weeks since I left Iran, and it hurts to see what is happening in the country now, and to see how strong the hate is because of the propaganda.
It’s one thing to read the news about wars and victims around the world. You feel sad. But it’s completely another thing to read such news, when in your head you see specific faces of the dear people who live in that region. All you can do is to text them ‘are you okay…?’ and to pray for them.
With my video from Iran, as well as with all of my videos, I want to show again and again that there are no ‘bad’ countries, nations and religions. The world is not divided into black and white, and the government and the regime doesn’t equal the people. Behind any messages and images from the media there are always regular people who wish for the same thing all around the world – to live, and to live happily. We might not look alike, we might have different mentalities and beliefs, but in any part of the world we are of one race - humans.
