I picked mysterio purely because in the comics, hes the one who tricks wolverine into killing all the xmen prompting the Logan story

Honestly this is very interesting one for me, I always loved both in many diffrent adaptations, I think I like riddler more due to his very interesting character, I loved 2022 batman one where he was much more scary rather than "goofy" on the other hand Mysterio, super cool powers, iconic outfit, I think im staying with riddler because it's super unique character
