We are not on the same side. We have fought countless wars and have way different historical views of “western civilization”.

Lol, I'm Asian, but I agree with a lot of your views. I think knowing knowledge from Eastern civilization and combining has its advantages.

We can get along, but Western Civilization in many ways needs a ground up rebuild. That requires establishing a foundation that will have a religious foundation. That foundation will either be Christian or non-Christian. When you look at Europe, you've got beautiful towns that were consistently built around churches and cathedrals. "Culture" at its root (Greek: cultus) means worship, and can't be built from a neutral worldview.

In the fight against godless modernity and decadence, we can be allies, but that requires us to concede certaun things. 1. Recognize each other's sovereignity to hold one's own faith as true. 2. Abstain from belligerent efforts of conversion. Good faith arguments are fine, they strengthen both faiths. 3. Judge eachother by character and virtue, not the letter of our creed. 4. Aim for true and ultimate coexistence, and mutual greatness.

Because even if we speak the same language the world-view differences ensure we all talk past each other without having any substantial dialog and devolve into demagoguery

I consider myself to be a follower of many different schools of thought. I'm a Christian, Hindu, Muslim, Jew, Jain, Pagan etc. All paths have valuable lessons to teach. Any good religion is about peace on earth, helping others, and personal development.

Well, a lot of Christians have a very Very Christ-Supremacist view and a very I know it all because My Book Says approach. That's my experience. And the more open minded I try to be and explain that we're probably both wrong but we have our views, the more Christ-Supremacist they get. I've tried to explain my pagan perspective on past lives, reincarnation and such but they're always just nice and talkative until they realise that i won't convert. There are exceptions of course, I have a few Christian friends and my wife of course who aren't like this. But they do read The Book with their Own Eyes....

Some kind of mishmash of all of it, that manages to pea off many absolute to any one position eventually. Usually without actually meaning to or just not caring anymore that it'll happen by saying whatever.

Wisdom Warriors
What's your religious worldview?
And why can't Christians and Pagans get along? We are all on the same side - that of western civilization.
Video coming out about this soon.
