I would really, really like it if you could put all the recipes that you make on your YouTube channel in your description. Most other cooking channels put the actual recipe (ingredients & directions) in their description box. I know some recipes would have licensing protecting - like the ones in your cookbook. But it's really hard to not have a printout. I just have to take notes from your video and that's a lot of extra time and effort, and a bit self-defeating. I have 3 of your family's books and cookbooks, and love your videos! Thank you for doing them. They are fun and informative.

I am resuming cycling. I’ve finished 8-weeks of conditioning and now I will complete long rides weekly. These will start out at 90 minutes and gradually increase. I am unsure how to hydrate properly and how to make my own energy bars, or generally what I should eat? If it matters, I’m 62. 😂🚴

Now that it’s Fall, I love baking. How do you keep it plant based with the integrity of the baked goods without sugar, oils, eggs? Thanks!

What does the research say about a persons chances of having a stroke on a plant based meal program?

You and Ann have me hooked. I make the Zeb's waffles and the chic-n-salad and eat it all the time. I would like to see videos on making vegetable pot pies. I would like to make them and freeze them for later eatings. Thanks and keep up all the great work.

Saved I LOVE watching you two! Thank you for your energy and for sharing your knowledge with us! : ) What tips do you have for boosting one's immune system during a battle with the flu or COVID?

Awesome. Your mother is so funny.. I'm new to your Chanel, but I was wondering what kinds of proteins do u eat it? Iv heard u talk about Tempeh and tofu, but is that it? Also, how often do u make it, so u get your protein levels? Ps I'm starting to use your no oil cooking tips,i.e., onions and garlic. It's working out just great. Thx

I am having trouble giving up meat. Any suggestions on how to do it? Also, does fortified nutritional yeast give you enough B-12 or do you have to supplement? Thank you. 😊

I would love some ideas on living WFPB on a budget. I have had some major medical issues (2 autoimmune diseases diagnosed) 3 stays in the hospital (58 days for one of them). Now I am on SSDI. And happily retired at 58 years old. I live alone, so recipes for 1-2 servings would be awesome! Also, freezer ok would work too.

What are some of your favorite easy 15-30 min dishes? I just started plant based eating and it’s been hard for me to keep track of what I’ve made.

I am desperate for a plant based coffee creamer. I drink decaf coffee now but the one thing I am struggling with is finding something that tastes good in my coffee.

Watching you make the appetizer with kale and a little tomatoes – perfect perfect for Christmas time because you could actually make it into a perfectly formed wreath!

How much time do you spend cooking every day? I love your recipes, but it seems like I'm cooking every day, even though I'm mostly cooking for myself. Recently I've made the baritone dressing, the wonder woman salad (for one), red lentil chili, hummus, broccoli, rice, and teriyaki tofu, just to have healthy food for lunch and dinner.

What are some great recipes if you don't like greens? I've been vegan for years, but still struggle with them (think school dinners put me off!). Apart from salads and kale chips I just don't know how to make them taste good.
