I think I should bring up some new developments that have come up recently in regards to what the next upload will be. I originally said I was going to upload a cover of Time to Dance based on DEMO 2, however something else happened. Something only people in the small Astro Boy fanbase care about. After 4 years of searching, I finally got a CD copy of 1988's Love Will Stop Calling by Dorian Harewood! It hasn't arrived yet as it's being shipped overseas from the Netherlands, so it will take awhile.
So, why is this a big deal and what does it have to do with Astro Boy? Well here are a few reasons...
1. Dorian Harewood voiced Dr. Tenma in the Astro Boy 2003 series and is widely considered the best Tenma both in adaptation and his performance. Basically, we really love Astro's Dad. Plus: Dorian Harewood (though a much older) did plenty of VA and live action roles in cartoons and movies. One of which voicing one of the Monstars in SPACE JAM.
2. Most online listings for this album are for Vinyl and Cassette copies. CD copies exist, but only two are known. One on Ebay which cost $130 something which has long been delisted, and the Netherlands copy, the one I'm getting.
3. This album was never made available for digital of any kind. Despite Youtube uploads being no problem, two of the songs were never uploaded for whatever reason, so I had to step in and fill that void.
So yeah, depending which comes first, the Time to Dance cover or when the CD arrives, that's what I'll be uploading. I will be uploading LWSC song by song rather than one whole video, because I don't know how to optimize video settings in VEGAS PLEASE HELP.
