The Emerging Alkebulan

Nigeria needs to resist the "white savior" mentality.

History, both past and present, has clearly demonstrated that interventions in our continent by foreign entities have never truly been about conflict resolution. Upon closer examination, it often appears that they may be funding insurgencies and insurrections to create a pretext for their involvement. Their interventions have not been for the benefit of the people, but rather to gain access to resources and establish a strategic presence, similar to what we observe with Chinese involvement. They do not wish to be excluded, which explains the proxy conflicts seen across Africa.

To date, not a single conflict has been resolved, as evidenced by situations in the DRC, Sudan, Libya, and other regions. For these external actors, conflict serves as a diversion.

We face significant challenges in Nigeria, and indeed across Africa. People are losing their lives not due to religious differences, but because we have governments that are complicit in the suffering of their own people. Otherwise, why would the Nigerian government be unable to address its own security concerns?

Africa must cease aligning itself with entities that appear to thrive on conflict, as this seems to be their primary focus and expertise. It is this Western influence, which we believe to be superior, that is contributing to the challenges faced by our continent. Our own shortcomings in making responsible decisions that would empower and safeguard our people also play a significant role.

The United States and other global powers have not intervened in Africa with the intention of "saving" it, as Africa does not require such intervention. What is truly needed are responsible leaders who comprehend and serve the populace, rather than the current mission managers across the continent who prioritize resource extraction by any means necessary over the security and protection of their citizens.

We Africans must decolonize our approaches and solutions. The Machiavellian tactics of hegemonic powers will never truly benefit us. Their strategy often involves playing all sides. Africa needs to understand their methods and avoid repeatedly falling prey to them.

This is precisely why individuals like Ibrahim Traore are essential across Africa.
We need leaders who would intentionally protect their own people above anything else and at the same time resist the incursions of foreign interference.

@lwandotame6325

The biggest divider of people in history has been and will always be religion. They don't call on Jesus when in trouble or conflict. They call the owners of their religions for help 🙏

The US is not coming to help any Christians... this is some distractions. Their aim is to remove Traore,Tchiani and Goita. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE SAHEL.

11:00 precisely my point. Precisely why I asked that we define what Christianity is. Cause we do not understand what Christianity is. Cause Christianity is Judaism with the seers, songs, sacrifices, etc. But we have come to confuse some Europeanized Christianity as the definition of Christianity

Two days later- why aren't Trump and the U.S. doing more to help Africa?

But if Nigerian leaders are serving European masters, then the source is already corrupted. And if there is a Christian massacre happening, and the leadership is failing to stop it - then we need whatever means to stop it

Yes, I too noticed when the preacher was calling for help. He called on the white man to help him instead of calling of calling on God almighty to help them and instead of him calling on Traore to help him and his neighbors, they need to de colonize their way of thinking because the colonizing slave masters could care less about them. They are the ones causing such chaos..And the preacher was an embarrassment to his faith, it showed he had none in Yashua!

20:00 I wish you had dwelt a bit more at the empty tomb because that is important from a historical perspective. The tomb was guarded by a Roman military platoon. The Jewish leaders ordered the tomb to be sealed fearing that the disciples of Christ were going to steal the body to fake a miracle. The disciples were very discouraged and felt defeated because they had thought Christ as a descendent of David was supposed to restore the Kingdom of Israel, liberating them from Rome's colonial system. So they had no motive nor will to carry on this movement without their leader, Christ

Isn’t it a shame that Africans said nothing for the past 20 years about Christian persecution and now it is a big deal because you left it for the “white man” to solve it.

Isn't religion defined as 'a way that we approach the divine'? Like African spirituality being a form of religion

16:00 but Christ didn't provoke Rome but the Jewish leaders were the ones who incited Rome to execute Christ.
