The first scenario can be the most interesting: an Austrian Empire who wants to have a revenge from the last war against Germany (1866), a russian and english competition for the asian egemony (and here comes Japan and its war against Russia too). Italy can be involved in this conflict too, considering it could fight in the same war its two rivals (France and Austria).

If you are going to make a remake of a past video I suggest the one about how Germany could have won WW2. Although it was a good video, you could improve the quality of the editing and imagine a better historical scenario

I think Weimar Republic surviving could create a very interesting scenario(Germany annexed Austria after Dolfuss regime falls and a WW2 with Soviets aganist Germany, France and UK+eastern European states).
