You can't move the game files between Steam & BattleNet to skip downloading everything.
The files are too different/use different compression.
You'd only save ~200MB moving files between platforms.
So there won't be a tutorial on this for those who have requested. You will just need to redownload the game when moving from Steam to BattleNet or vice versa
