let's say current rank is 34.
the game level become 3. so the enemy hp, speed, damage will be set to level 3.
here is another one. let's say let's say current rank is 100(not possible though).
the game level become 5. so the enemy hp, speed, damage will be set to level 5.
so if rank value is within specific value then game level will be changed.
maintaining rank in easiest and very easy difficulty should be easy.
but after easy difficulty? i guess... it's gonna be hard even if use taking damage in action event (it didn't lead to death).
transformers shadows rising also use that formula too.
but there is some difference.
1. easiest and hardest difficulty has deleted.
2. use the cube: increase rank by +2.
3. taking damage in action event tactic won't work in this time.
since it lead to the death and max rank in any difficulty setting can go to level 5 difficulty, i guess difficulty setting in transformers shadows rising is useless.
rest of em is same as transformers human alliance.
to see the what difficulty set is in transformers human alliance attack the enemy in first stage. keep in mind. it's based on solo play.
shoot the enemy but do not shoot the head or hit the enemy when in vehicle mode.
if enemy has killed by 3 shots then difficulty set is between easiest ~ normal.
if enemy has killed by 4 shots then difficulty set is hard.
if enemy has killed by 6 shots then difficulty set is between very hard ~ hardest.
- for the details if enemy has killed by 6 shots in stage 2 (not taking damage nor use continue) then difficulty set is easiest.
if enemy has killed by 7 shots in stage 2 (not taking damage nor use continue) but it's possible to maintaining rank then difficulty set is very easy.
if enemy has killed by 7 shots in stage 2 (not taking damage nor use continue) but it's impossible to maintaining rank
then difficulty set is easy.
of course, as i write in above if enemy has killed by 4 shots then difficulty set is hard.
next thing is more complex which must follow sequence.
1. do not taking damage. 2. do not skip cutscene. 3. kill the enemy when camera turning right.
if enemy has killed by 4 shots in stage 1 then difficulty set is normal.
if enemy has killed by 6 shots then difficulty set is very hard.
if enemy has killed by 7 shots then difficulty set is hardest.

after waiting so much times and experiment, i finally figure out how the transformers human alliance rank system works.
it's simple.
- not taking damage for every 10 sec= increase rank depends on difficulty set.
EASIEST: +1
VERY EASY: +1
EASY: +1.3
NORMAL: +1.4
HARD: +1.7
VERY HARD: +2
HARDEST: +2
(timer won't set if game has stopped in continue screen or in stage select screen.)
- to decrease rank
1. taking damage (timer rank reset): depend on difficulty set and current player counts.
- SOLO PLAY
EASIEST: -7.5
VERY EASY: -7.5
EASY: -7
NORMAL: -6.5
HARD: -6
VERY HARD: -5.5
HARDEST: -5
----
- CO OP PLAY
EASIEST: -3.5
VERY EASY: -3.5
EASY: -3.3
NORMAL: -3
HARD: -2.7
VERY HARD: -2.5
HARDEST: -2
----
2. enter during game play: -3
3. use continue: -3.5
The rank will decide difficulty level (i'm not taking about difficulty setting in test menu.).
there is 5 type of difficulty level from 1 to 5.
0~19.9... =LV.1
20~29.9...=LV.2
30~39.9...=LV.3
40~49.9...=LV.4
50~ =LV.5
let's say current rank is 34.
the game level become 3. so the enemy hp, speed, damage will be set to level 3.
here is another one. let's say let's say current rank is 100(not possible though).
