With the holidays approaching, I want to share an older video of one of my most popular dishes, the UnTurkey. A perfect centerpiece to any of your holiday gatherings.

The recipe looks daunting but is really not. If you make it, make a large batch of the light yeast flavoring for year-round use as a vegan broth substitute or seasoning for other dishes. It’s highly versatile — I always have it around, not just for holidays.
