Probably Khan, but not as a servant of Chaos. He would be his own man and say: "this is not the world my father wanted, I might have severely dissagreed with him over the years....but this is a disgrace"

Knowing how Vulkan disappeared, I'm picturing him coming back traitor not because he serves Chaos, but because he now follows Gork and Mork.

Both Corvus and Khan would be anti-imperium but never Chaos Dorn is too pro-E to betray him Vulkan would be the Grimdark response

Vulkan returning as a traitor would be the epitome of grimdark. It also has the possibility to be ridiculously badass.

if corvus saw the sheer weight of the imperiums cruelty towards its own citizens hed probably fly straight to terra to jumpstart replacing the high lords. If guilliman is depressed at the current state of affairs, Corvus would be PISSED

Corax is basically good guy version of Konrad, it wouldn't make sense. But I think Jagathai is the most likely, he already had hesitations of betraying the emperor as I recall.

I say corax as a raven guard fan....I can see him coming back and seeing what the imperium has become (not knowing that guilliman and the lion are alive).. and just saying a big Ole nope.... not chaos just anti-imperium

An independent faction led by an anti imperium primarch would be a fun army

That's a hard one. None of them have it in them. I guess I could see Jagathai going rouge, but not falling to chaos.

Russ coming back in full blown wulfen state would be pretty cool, like an Angron equivalent for the imperium. Not technically a traitor but he has to be sealed away after every battle to keep his allies safe

I don't know who out of these would fall to be honest. Vulkan and Corax despise chaos, rogal despises traitors, and Horus and Mortarion have resolved Jagatai’s loyalty to the Emperor. Who would be the scariest if turned, My Primarch Vulkan would be a nightmare.

Dorn could easily be traitorous to the imperium while staying loyal to his Father, basically having the same existential crisis Guilliman had but deciding the imperium is so corrupt the billions of deaths is a fair cost to tear it down and start over. Imagine how stoked the Black Templars would be to reconstitute their legion and finally have Dorn to lead them on the crusade they've spent ten thousand years preparing for.

Two vital questions: 1.) When you say they're now traitor, do you mean they are opposed to the imperium and fighting for chaos or are simply declared so by some inquisition member? Edit: as in they're technically loyal, but renegade 2.) If the answer is chaos traitors, the next question is will their legion join them?

The paragon of trust and personification of transparent honesty Omegon. The misunderstood Primarch of the youngest Legion.

I can't believe my favorite Primarch has the most votes...

Vulkan would be the most shocking but also kind of go because he did go insane after Konrad had his fun 😂

The Amber King
A 'Loyalist' Primarch returns, but they are now a TRAITOR! Who do you think would make a good Traitor?
