I don't feel afraid to pray these prayers or others like them. But, then later I sometimes feel a pang of "regret" not sure if that's quite the right word but an "Oh crap i prayed for this 🤦🏼♀️" realisation. Prayers that have given me this sensation include e.g. praying for discipline, praying to be corrected wherever I'm in error, praying for more challenges (because I know I grow in faith when i go through challenges), etc etc. Praying for things to be brought to light that are in darkness, etc etc

(A) because at the end of the day it ain't about you or your will to about serving and living for God which by the way folks can be very difficult to do, and I've had to live like this and learn to be dependent upon God in every way shape and form when I was younger let me tell you what it's not easy to surrender your will and give it to God and let him have his way it is known to break people it will break you and mold you mentally and spiritually honestly part of me desires I wish I could get back to that mentality because I think sadly after I met my wife it feels like things kind of changed and I had to focus more on trying to do everything I could to provide for her and sometimes it felt like I was putting my will before God some days and sometimes I still feel like that but I know as a husband I am cold to protect and provide for my wife and my household and any kids we may have so one thing I want to say is this should always be a practice we live by. Just know it ain't easy

Pray the Holy Rosary daily and obtain that peace that defies all understanding 🙏🏽💙🙏🏾💙🙏🏻 never have i experianced a closer relationship with God since i started to pray the rosary especially the sorrowful mysteries rosary where i have had union of heart ♥ with Jesus which is an experiance that is mystical and impossible to describe in word's. Theres also the Liturgy of the Hours.These are prayers said by all Priests and monks at very regimented times of the day. These are psalms that are recited or sung to God the Father and they are beautifully put togethor and mixed with poetry and hymns. There are 2 good sites on youtube 1 is called Sing the Hours and run by deacon Paul Rose and the other is run by a very pious and humble member of the laity called Cathohol
