If you were wondering why I haven't posted for so long... it's that time of the year... Our high season starts the 1st of November and even though all I want is to make YouTube videos, I have to accept that I'm also a business owner, and have to arrange many things, train new staff, help Mon set up the cooking class, and there are kids as well who didn't go to school the whole month of October (mid-term here in Thailand).
