My favorite would be a tie between the last Narai Juku stream and the Nachi Taisha + part of the Kumano Kodo trail but all in all my favorite is still the abandoned village you found behind that abandoned school through that tunnel. The first gave the vibe of a beautiful ancient town you would pass through during your journey in a JRPG, the second gave the vibe of a place full of ancient mystic on top of a mountain in said JRPG, the Kumano Kodo part gave the vibe of the journey to the ancient town you would pass through during your journey in a JRPG ( the town you ended the premiere in ) ; and the last one gave the vibe of a straight up abandoned ancient ruinistic yet fairly modern town you would discover by exploring everywhere you could. I think I love the last one most due to it being the reward you got by exploring behind the school.

The dam was so magical. Especially when you had the camera at the tree with the red leaves and when you were atop the dam and there was a shrine there. Mystical vibes ✨

The abandoned village was fascinating. And hearing that students are working to rebuild it was great. A video on that would be wonderful!

I was about to say confidently the Ochiai Village, of its rivers flows between of the two hills / mountains, but.. when every location had its specific feels to it that, i cant come up with a solid answer after all. 😂

The Iya valley area was rather impressive so that's points to Tokushima but it's hard for me to not pick Wakayama. That might be more the fact that I've been dying to go there for 3 years than anything else. Bit of a toss up.
