I've experienced pretty much the same thing. Suddenly flat line on views of my best videos and subscription growth..

Lol....I don't get the algorithm myself😅 I've had strange things happening, too. I guess we just have to trust the process

As long as all your subs watch your vids that alone is a win and channel will grow If your 250k don’t watch your vids then why are they subbed?

What the hell is YouTube up to bud, what a crock algorithm 😮😮😢

Look at it more of the big picture and the overall agenda of youtube. Then, the algorithm can be tailored. Doesn't make sense to the small people or topics. I've worked software integration and testing of rigor for aircraft systems. So, these events can be directed at specific outcomes. As a tester, I just manage my parameters and try not to get into areas not fully supported for the long term.

Your videos have low engagement relative to your subscriber count. Most of your subs are ghosts, unfortunately. They probably saw a short and liked it, then subscribed only to never come back. Your videos have lower engagement than Trucking with Schmidt, who only has a 3rd of your subs. It's unfortunately because you're a great youtuber, and I have lots of respect for you.

It's hard to make this nonsense make sense... I have close to 250k subs, but yet youtube only recommended my video to 9.8k viewers after 15 hrs of being uploaded. Smh This algorithm is so trash.
