Hear me out the Other Mother. A) Lives in modern time so you can gain access to all the sweet tech of the modern world. B) wasn't truly defeated in the end. C) You have a pocket dimension you can do literally anything you wish with. I'm pretty sure thats just a good all round package. Really the worst that happens is she temporarily loses her hands, and the souls of kids? Which she can reget later. Probably not when coraline is around but still. Darth Vader, Gollum and Voldemort are terrible options due to heavy physical trauma, and insanity. So its really just Other Mother, and The Beast. The Beast is a lord that rules over at least one town, but frankly its a cured curse. So if you chose that you get to live like a Renaissance level lord.

The beast wasn't a villain, just kind of an asshole and he's the only one on the list with any type of happy ending.

Being Voldemort would just be having to endure bullying until turning 10 and being taken to a school where everyone else is just like you. A place where you fit in and even become a prefect. Sure, a half giant 3rd year gets expelled for something you did and you get denied a teaching position after graduating, but hey, at least you gain an army of simps, willing to go to Azkaban for you.

The beast is questionable in morals, but he's not really a proper villan. Not in an interesting of fun way, technically he is but like what. He terrorises people who come too close to a secluded mansion/Castle in the middle of the woods. Yes ik kidnapping is bad just not as bad as the other guys. I wanna villan properly.
