Part of the bigger problem is this last year food programs have been reduced so much that most who receive SNAP are already down to the bare bones monthly. My pantry is so depleted I don’t even have backups on cans, rice, beans, flour or pasta. Have been purchasing and eating less every month in 2025. My husband has gone from 170 lbs down to 145 lbs and my son has lost 35 lbs this year from not eating to make sure our girl has enough to eat and that I get a little. America is literally going to have people STARVING TO DEATH in large #s. It will be women who make the sacrifice for their families as well as the elderly that are lost first. That doesn’t even address the negative impact on long term health in millions of people. I cried watching a Thanksgiving commercial thinking of how many millions more were going to be praying to make it to Thanksgiving.

The traitors who voted for a dictator are getting exactly what they deserve. Let them reap their rewards. The rest of us dont deserve what is happening in our country.

If SNAP funding isn’t renewed for November…
we’re not just talking about “budget cuts.”
We’re talking about empty plates and hungry kids.
How will the newly divorced stay at home mom feed her kids while she looks for work?
How will the mother about to give birth feed herself and her other children with no paid maternity leave?
How will the eldery, who already stretching every penny afford groceries?
How will the disabled, who can’t work, survive when their food assistance disappears?
This isn’t politics.
This is people.
Real families. Real kids. Real hunger.
You might not need SNAP.
But maybe your neighbor does.
Maybe your parents do.
Maybe your child’s best friend does.
Food is not a privilege.
It’s survival.
And no one in America should have to beg for it.
Contact your representatives to demand they protect SNAP funding and ensure food security for all:
