Hi everyone. Here is our new post.
What to do
Technique 1: Basic Left Nostril Breathing1. Close your right nostril gently using your right-hand thumb (see picture in the post). Keep your left nostril free.
2. Inhale slowly through your left nostril to a count of seven. Focus on drawing the breath deep into your belly and chest.
3. Close your left nostril with your right ring finger (or whichever feels comfortable).
4. Exhale slowly through your right nostril to a count of seven.
5. Balance your inhalation and exhalation — each should be smooth and steady.✅ This completes one round.
🔁 Repeat 10 rounds for maximum benefit.
Technique 2: Paused Left Nostril Breathing
1. Inhale through your left nostril in five small steps, pausing briefly after each mini-inhale. For example: Little inhale → pause → little inhale → pause… until you complete 5 mini-inhales.
2. Hold the breath briefly after the final mini-inhale (optional, if comfortable).
3. Exhale through your right nostril in the same way — 5 small exhales with pauses in between.
4. Complete 10 rounds slowly and mindfully.

@vijigiripranay3392

I have imbalance in vata and pitta, when I don't do pranayama, my symptoms will show up and the days I do pranayama regularly, I am the most stable and energized person around to be. I suggested my father to do it, and after he felt it by himself, there is no day that he skips pranay

@pranali56432

It's a little request aachrarya ji, instead of calling naming it technique 1/2/3 you should actual state the name of the pranayam. This way people will be aware that Yog holds everything which gives life to us. Because I see a lot of people out there teaching all the pranayam in the name of 'Breathwork' and not at all giving credit to Yog as if they have invented the steps. This feels frustrating to see as a Yog Sadhak 😢
