@AtlasTheSkyShaper Unfortunately I kinda lost motivation for him and his story but I can info dump for you + show you some old art!! So basically I had a cast that was his like main right hand man who he adored (platonically) and there was a like numbers gal who got super suspicious of him and is like the only one investigating, and the old gang bosses sister who’s frustrated about the change in personality. All the other henchmen just kinda go with it because he still gets shit done. I really wanted him to be super curious about humans and kinda obsessed with like becoming human. He’d binge those horrible wiki how articles thinking it’s a good rule book or something and uh yeah he’s really odd. He had cuckoo symbolism as cuckoo birds hatch their eggs into other birds nests, the young kick out the other eggs and take the food that was meant for the actual children. (Idk if I worded that right 😬) I had an idea for the ending that I wasn’t quite sure about even then which was like a weird cliffhanger where it turns out he never actually killed the old boss and just kept him in a giant vault and kept him barely alive because he didn’t really want to kill anyone but also wanted to keep his position and did end up eating him whole at the end? The wording in my notes was “It took its original form for the last time, and ate himself. He would live in his place forever now. He had made sure to leave no trace, and left happier than he’d ever been. With that anxiety finally off his chest, he went to his room on the top floor and fell soundly asleep for the first time in the 8 months he’s been there. His web was finally weaved, the last thread in his net was finally woven, his life was finally beginning.” So yeah. That’s kinda all I remember aside from some really minor stuff, I do want to work on it more but I just can’t find the motivation 😔
