Right before dawn for me. Like the thirty minutes before the sun starts to light up the sky.

That right before dawn quietness is so scary but peaceful if you get it . I walk to the store for coffee for context

Around 3:33 am every other night, I heard 3 knocks on the door (or what sounded like a door). Always three. This stopped happening months back and I still can’t even comprehend why always a bit after 3am and why, always 3.

Anytime can feel a certain kind of way really. My fave is the night I looked out the front door window and a few blocks away, in the beam of a streetlight was a deer! I've never seen a deer in this area before so it was magical!!!

Honestly there's no specific time, at least for me. I've grown up with ghosts , spirits, poltergeist, and shadow people. They can show themselves at any time day or night and be just as scary, making many times feel haunted
