Mary surprised me this morning. I was sweeping up bird seed from the drive way around 7am, and she hopped into the finch feeder from the lemon tree. At first I thought it must be Kari, but it was strange for her to do that with me so close. Then I realized, "Oh, it's Mary!" It was a good thing, because we had construction outside our front window most of the day that kept the squirrels away. But it started later in the morning, so the regular crew got breakfast okay. It was like the spring days earlier in the year, having Kari and Mary both in the morning.
#1 and #2 are Mary after she moved to the palm tree feeder. #3 is Kari eating the finch food. #4 and #5 are Marty on his way to get a pecan from me.
