i just wanna understand what their thought process was. like yeah i get it all press is good press but why would you air that on national television when you're still trying to grow their fanbase. we got people threatening physical violence on the members, people dming and tagging the former contestants in hate posts (which are BRUTAL because they're kpop stans), people solo stanning manon and berating the other 5 members, people ot5 stanning and saying horrid stuff about manon, people attacking sophia and lara like baby this is a pr nightmare

this whole thing reminded me a lot of when IM from Monsta X was introduced to their group’s survival show, and how the members were absolutely not having it at first

Not HYBE exposing their terrible management skills with not one but two documentaries!!

It's so dumb because regarding the drama between Manon and the other girls... She's debuted with some of them!!! Those are her teammates! They've probably already talked through it and then Hybe X Geffen is releasing this and of course it's causing conflict among fans. I didn't even bother watching most of the doc because I honestly just want to listen to their music and watch them perform etc. I don't need to watch a documentary to know that they were competing against each other and getting into drama. This kinda reminds me of the Nine Muses of Star Empire documentary for 2/3rd gen K-pop fans if you remember that? They literally showed the members getting hit and treated like objects it ruined the groups' career and members kept leaving left and right. Like-- wtf were they thinking. I feel bad for Manon and Lara especially because she's already gotten comments about her appearance and now again people are talking about how they think she looks like a "man" and "old and mean". It's a mess. We didn't need this at all. If they wanted to prove that the members are friends now just give us more variety content.

I really think they did not think of how terrible and how seeing certain parts of the documentary would cut deep for different demographics for different reasons. Honestly, seeing how Hybe and Geffen managed the competition and released that documentary left a sour taste in my mouth... Good luck with that global marketing they speak of because they've created an amount of akgaes SM Entertainment can only dream of. Years of being an nctzen and I've never seen something this bad ðŸ˜

i just know hybe's pr agents are SPIRALING rn. they released that katseye documentary thinking people were gonna live for the drama and listen to the group as a result and instead they've spawned maybe the worst akgae stans a group has had since blackpink debuted in 2016 and the hate train is still ongoing a full 24 hours later. good luck and godspeed to those girls cos unless they come out and make some sort of statement clearing things up that disbandment is coming sooner than they think i fearðŸ˜
