Plant based "meat" is just more highly processed junk disguised as food.

I was a vegetarian for 15 years and vegan for 2. I ate the plant based burgers. But after I read the ingredients I began to wonder what I was really eating. I got seriously sick. I lost 20 pounds, no energy and just feeling lousy! Decided I had had enough! One day I decided to have a homemade hamburger. That changed my life within days. I have added beef back in my diet and I am so much better with energy to burn! My first prime rib was amazing! Mashed potatoes dripping with real beef gravy that I made, green beans and Yorkshire pudding. One of the most memorable meals that I have had in years.

So much bad food that will kill you or just make you sick. The rest of your life is being consumed in America. It is so disgusting. I for one no longer trust FDA. They don’t seem to be protecting the food, The public consumed just my opinion folks. I still appreciate the job do.

You know how many housewives think they need protein powder and don’t Evan know calories come from protein.

I learned at a early age that processed food.None of it is good for you if it's processed. It's bad.... I only eat meats and vegetables and fruit.Nothing comes out of the can or a box.Frozen vegetables are good.Fresh vegetables are better but that's all I eat.I don't eat anything process.I don't even drink milk, because it's is hermogenized and pasteurized.. I don't drink any of the fruit juices because they're concentrated. You're just paying for water

Wife worked at big yogart lab and the fruits on bottom back in late 80s were big issue and alccoline levels in the yogurt was touchy to control since yogurt was made from near curdled creams

Plant based meat, there is no natural products in those things, all heavy processed oils and vegetables, I bet no vegetarian or vegan eat these things..is just processed junk

Read the ingredients. All plant based meats are chemically laden junk, most protein bars are as well, almond milk is only 2-4% almonds; the remaining 96-98% is water and chemicals. The yogurt pictured (Nancy's plain organic) has healthy ingredients. Read the ingredients on other brands. It's easier and cheaper to just make it yourself.

No secret about it. The yogurt (assuming unsweetened) is the only one of those that is even remotely healthy.
