I really loved the Lee Wetzel stories although I read them all and enjoyed them as a kid. Has a writer ever been more descriptive about landscape ? He certainly could make you lose yourself in the smells and taste of that life. I also enjoyed Will James( author of ‘ Smokey’) the ‘thre mustangers and many more and his pencil drawings and descriptions were spot on as he described the scenes. Awesome artist.
