I go through at least four BlenderBottles' worth a day, never mind other sources of liquid. Having kidney stones twice was a good reminder for finally remembering.

I just woke up, I drink a cup to swallow my pills with and beyond that I do my best to remember. Feeling thirsty is something I struggle to identify unless I'm truly parched or exercising. I'm not sure what it's supposed to feel like otherwise. I'll just go the whole day without anything beyond the water I take my meds with.

Water is hard to come by because we have been recently made homeless getting water in a city that hates homeless is difficult BUT GOD will see us through!!!!!!!

I drink 2-3 liters of water (besides other beverages) easily per day and still get dehydrated, construction work, I work in air conditioning, but I just move around like crazy. I probably drink my first liter by 10am

I never drink water I hate the taste of it. Grew up on a farm when very young and drank pure borehole water in the 1950's. The stuff we get you cannot call water... so NO I never drink water.

Haven't had raw water for almost 2 & ½ years. My main water intake comes from tea, which is already pretty much just flavored water. So it's not like I'm specifically being unhealthy

Drinking too much water can throw off your electrolyte balance. In my case that is true. Your stomach shouldn't hurt or cramp up after drinking water 😭

Anything we intake(beverage or food) has water in it. What water is the best to absorb? All sources or just bottle or tap water? Please explain for I surely don’t have the answer!

I drink 250-500 ml of water first thing when I wake up in the morning, I don't drink any coffee or anything other then water, and it feels so good to drink water in the morning, I feel like my whole body wakes up, starting like an engine in the car, I can't not drink water in the morning anymore, I recommend to everyone drink water in the morning, 1-2 glasses instantly after you wake up, health will boost incredibly well
