The Cupcake is a nightmare on Expert mode... But if he doesn't count, I find the Candy Corn pretty hard. He has some very unpredictable movements, and he's still tricky for me, even after many 300% save files.

How r ppl saying its the gumball?? Thats the second easiest for me besides the gumball machine. The hardest is the candy corn for me.
